A Panoptic Segmentation for Indoor Enviroments using MaskDINO: An Experiment on the Impact of Contrast
Collected, preprocessed, labeled, and annotated dataset aimed for panoptic segmentation task.Conducted model training, validation, testing, and hyperparameter tuning using open-source MaskDINO architecture.Analyzed the effect of image contrast to the quality of the panoptic segmentation result.Applied contrast augmentation and optimize hyperparameter tuning for performance improvement.
Result
Increased panoptic quality, with final quality of 47.7%
